Objective
The
objectives of workshop are as follow
- To provide knowledge for participants on the current issues in the Indonesian higher education landscape and to correlate them with their role and function;
- To equip participants with the soft skills on the management of higher education institutions in order to improve institutional performance;
- To give participants the practical skills to adapt to changes in higher education policies;
- To improve the project management skill of the participants through case studies;
- To disseminate information of relevant funding opportunities for institutional capacity building.
